Before A Showing

Here's a quick checklist for touching up your home before a showing:

1.

Make sure all the lights are on before you leave the house for a showing. You don't want your real estate agent or buyers feeling in the dark for a hidden light switch.

2.

Have a friend or neighbor briefly take care of your pets.

3.

Stash the pet feeding bowls and litter boxes out of sight.

4. 

Quickly empty out all the waste baskets.
